The company «Оffice-2000» has been specializing in production of plastic folders and other office supplies since 1995.
The company "Оfffice-2000" was funded in 1995 by a group of like-minded persons, as a trading
company specializing in office supplies.
The beginning of industrial development stage of the company dates back to the
birth of idea about production of office supplies made of plastics (horizontal
and vertical paper trays, housings and paper stands, office and school sets, rulers
and correction fluids).
We succeeded in production of these articles, which was a first step on our production development way. The high quality of our production was highly appreciated in the market, and we had produced more than a million paper trays, which founded their buyers in many regions of Russia and ex-Soviet republics.
To adopt and develop new production a
plastic folder production factory was constructed, equipped and started its
production in 1999. This factory was equipped by modern equipment, which
enabled to produce all necessary parts for folders. The base of the folders was
propylene sheet manufactured by us. More difficult was to organize assembling and
belt-line production during the transition development period of new Russian
economy. All conditions complicated production and market promotion of new
articles never produced in Russia.
Due to coordinated teamwork of all company co-workers, their high enthusiasm
and capacity for work, the assortment of articles of the factory was more than
150 items still in its first production year. The company "Office-2000" sold more than 3 millions of articles in that year, because of which the
company took a leading position in Russian market.
In 2002 the company started production of
perforated files and increased the assortment of their articles up to 200 items.
The electronic system of customer service (“factory-warehouse-buyer”) was
developed and implemented in the company.
In the same year the company participated in "Paper word" (Germany).
From that point the company started to deal on international level. The
products of "Оffice-2000" began to export to other countries of the world.
In 2006 the company started production of articles made of
thin plastic such as loose-leaf-binder, L-shaped holder and a
thumb-folder. In the same year the company sold its first billion of plastic
products.
In 2008 the Company updated its equipment and
increased its production in times, achieving the assortment of articles up to 300
items. In that year the company started use of the most modern equipment and
implemented new production techniques, technical, ecological and work
organizing control systems.
Nowadays the assortment of articles of the company is more than
350 items of office supplies, which is made of polypropylene sheet and plastic. All products are in accordance with the highest quality
standards, are packed in individual plastic packs which enables to put a full
color flexography on it and its embedding into a lithographic box made of
coated board, to comply with advanced international requirements.
We have been working intensively upon increase of quality and presentable look
of our products, expanding our assortment in the same time. All this is achieved
because of improvement of technical and technological process, modernization and
implement of the newest equipment, training of technical, executive and
management staff, usage of quality raw materials and components.

The company "Оffice-2000", is located in Novosibirsk and is in the very center of Russia and Siberia on
the crossing of trading ways from Asia to Europe. The developed infrastructure of
the company includes production and warehouse premises, united in one

factory
is
20000
square
meters.
